CBSE Class 10 Preparation Tips
1) Understand all the concepts in-depth: Over the years, the CBSE exams are becoming challenging as some students are scoring 95%+ marks, but they are still not able to get admissions in good colleges. But is this reason to worry?
Not at all, you need to worry only if you cannot understand the fundamentals and concepts of a subject. Because the fundamentals you will learn will also be used in the future. Time management and learning all the concepts will definitely help you to achieve success in the examination.
2) Keep all formulae handy: Reactions are often frightening as you need to remember formulae. However, you must figure out a trick; a trick which will help you to remember all the formulae. Do you remember counting your knuckles? As a kid, you use to remember and differentiate between odd and even numbers by counting your knuckles. It also helped you to count things like the number of days in a month. Similarly, remembering and understanding formulae with similar simple tricks will help you when answering the CBSE Class 10 exams.

To excel in Mathematics especially, you need to refer to previous years’ question papers. Most questions which will be asked in your examination will be from previous years’ question papers (about 40%).

Similarly, students who want to clear their examinations with high marks need to refer to the NCERT Solutions. These Solutions containing all the explanations and questions are recommended by CBSE for study.
